The engineering for this platform is based on David Allen's book getting things done, and is the most powerful way to fight procrastination.

There are two main pieces to the app: goals and habits

Goals are tracked with emojis, habits are designed on your vision board. Goals and habits are built through the habit builder process where the user answers a series of questions (developed by licensed counselors) to first create focus areas and then design the habits they want to start building that will contribute to long term success of each focus.

This is done both on SMS and then on an interface once they've answered all the questions.
Once the user has designed their habits, they're sent a quick focus chart every morning with what they should be focusing on that day. (this piece is new) You can also text any reminder you'd like and the SMS bot will ask you what focus it belongs to. You can then recall this by asking "next action" or "next action [focus]" and it will tell you your next actionable item for that focus.
